We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for creating technical publications and marketing assets for our products and collaborating with designers and freelancers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, managing multiple projects, and problem-solving to achieve our marketing objectives.**Responsibilities**:- The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between team members, departments, and freelancers, ensuring clear instructions and prompt delivery of project requirements.- They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.- Attention to detail is crucial, with a focus on actively participating in meetings, asking relevant questions, and maintaining comprehensive notes to ensure accurate documentation.- Being a team player is essential, exhibiting flexibility, likability, and a positive attitude while fostering positive relationships within the team and aligning with the company culture.- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making.- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and documentation for projects, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information for efficient collaboration and future reference.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.- Proven experience in coordinating marketing projects or related roles.- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex information and data.- Proficiency in problem-solving and thinking critically to overcome challenges.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.- Familiarity with technical publications (i.E. manuals, box artwork) or working with designers is an advantage.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Trabajo desde casaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 21260, Mexicali, B.C.
