**The role**:
- Work closely with the Marketing Supervisor to develop and deliver marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Provide marketing support to the teams in the SCE Group, including document templates, product labelling, office branding, and more.
**Reporting**:
- KPIs will be discussed and agreed upon with you.
- You will provide monthly and weekly reports on the effectiveness of Marketing efforts.
- Monitor and react to performance, driving initiatives to increase conversion and KPIs.
**Ad hoc marketing support**:
**Essential**:
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Excellent written and verbal skills liaising with Marketing department, management, and manufacturers.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work well using own initiative.
- Enthusiasm, energy, determination and a passion for ecommerce and all things digital.
- Quick comprehension, attention to details and a fast learner, who is not afraid to ask questions.
- The ability to think proactively, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed.
**Desirable**:
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- E-commerce/CMS platform experience.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent working knowledge of programs e.g., Google Analytics.
