As we scale, we will be uniquely positioned to leverage our data to unlock a new asset class in Latam.**Role overview**As our Marketing Coordinator and one of our first hires, youll have the unique opportunity to shape the company and its culture, and create strategies that will grow our customer base and make us part of the community in Puerto Vallarta. You will own marketing for Naya Homes in Puerto Vallarta!Marketing Coordinators wear many hats and are responsible for doing everything (and anything) that is related to growing Naya Homes. You will be responsible for creating a community around our brand and making us an integral part of the fabric of Puerto Vallarta and eventually all of the Bahia de las Banderas. A typical day might include setting up partnerships with building managers, launching activations to capture leads, organizing high-impact events, filming content with influencers and even launching a local marketing campaign.**Responsibilities will certainly evolve, but early work can look like**:- Planning and executing local events- Making sure Naya (and you) become a key part of the community in PV- Growing our top of funnel leads and brand awareness- Engaging local influencers and producing social media and web content- Forming strategic partnerships with local businesses, including building administrators- Building and nurturing our homeowner community.
