Marketing Coordinator

**MARKETING COORDINATOR**

We are looking to hire a marketing coordinator with 3 years of experience with outstanding organizational and research skills.
Marketing coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management.
**Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Implement Internal and External Communication Campaigns (recruitment)
- Coordination with all departments and needs, new web projects, Thought leadership strategies in social networks.
- Administration of the pages and recruitment tools
- Design communication pieces for internal and external audiences.
- Manage internal and external interfaces considering design and usability: look & feel) for internal and external systems, through coordination with the IT team for the correct implementation, approval of branding in the systems.
**Marketing Coordinator Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree completed, desirable in Communication or Marketing or Graphic Design
- Advanced English
- Management of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- 2 to 3 years in the insurance industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in:

- Internal Communication and Design
- Design, communication, social media, web usability, analysis
- In positions with responsibilities that require analysis, negotiation and/or decision making
- Resource management.
