**What You'll Do**:

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking platforms.
- Create and manage lead lists in CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Analyze lead generation efforts and provide reports to improve strategies and performance.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**What We Offer**:
- Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday
