**The Opportunity**
The Marketing Coordinator for the North LATAM region, comprising Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Andean, Caribbean, Central America region (ACCA, covering 18 countries in Central America and the northern portion of South America).
This role will be a contributor of the overall commercialization effort for assigned CRM product lines.
Duties include preparing and executing product launch plans for the North LATAM region, including business justification, managing implementation of commercial strategies and development and execution of product commercialization plans.
The incumbent in this position will be a technical expert with knowledge of the market and of cardiac rhythm management therapies.
**What You'll Do**
- Develops launch materials, product literature, and any other collateral material required to support sales and key marketing messages
- Develops product marketing bulletins on new and current products.
Provides communication to sales team on market released products.
- Contacts, visits and educates clients and potential clients on the Company's products and addresses any client questions and concerns.
- Builds and executes on business plans in partnership with management to identify, target and develop new accounts.
- Provides medical professionals with information and training on the use of Company products and with staff education, in-services and technical troubleshooting.
- Drives market development activities through establishment of best practices and development of tools to raise awareness of the benefits of assigned product(s)/product lines
- Builds strong relationships with CALA, US and Global teams to ensure successful launch of new sites / new products (tools/SW) and collaborates to ensure launch of new sales enablement tools and collaborate to ensure launch of new sales enablement tools
- Works with market research to collect competitive intelligence and shares results regularly with management.
- Defines accurate market models across North LATAM region.
Tracks market share across all CRM product categories.
- Builds strong relationships with leading KOLs.
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
Masters degree preferred.
- 2+ yeas of commercial medical device experience
- Developed leadership skills/experience, including the ability to map task interdependencies, prioritize such tasks, and develop, monitor and live within budgets as well as the demonstrated ability to forecast major milestones.
- Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
- Language: Ability to conduct business in English and Spanish

**Equipment**:
Works with cellular phone, personal computer, iPad and product line technology.
Operates a motor vehicle for trips to various company sites and outside vendor, field, and customer locations; and to commute to various airports for airline travel.
**Working Conditions**:
Work environment varies from office/field
- including physician office procedure rooms and hospital operation rooms/personal residence with a low to moderate noise level to a variety of conditions caused by travel requirements such as customer offices, research labs, hospitals, hotels, use of automobiles, commercial travel, weather, etc.
