At La Familia, we bring people together through the power of travel, music and culture. This has led us to become a large scale music event producer of festivals, concerts & events. We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to help analyze data and develop reports, charts, and compelling presentations, for our brands; Papas&Beer Rosarito, Papas&Beer Ensenada, Baja Beach Fest, Sueños Festival, and La Familia Presenta. Your day to day work will mainly consist of configuring and managing data tracking across web properties, analyzing data & preparing presentations for the insights found within the data. You will work closely with our Data, Tech & Ticketing Manager and Marketing Director.

Work closely with the Data, Tech & Ticketing Manager for the execution of analyzing data and develop reports, charts, and compelling presentations. Responsibilities Configure & Manage Data Tracking Analyze Data Develop reports, charts, and compelling presentations Conduct surveys & gather feedback/insights from our community Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data Manage customer data & segmentations Creating & managing tracking links for all our marketing channels Skills Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio Technical writing skills Proficient in data languages, including Python Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to set and meet deadlines Experience with statistical software Reporting and data visualization skills Excellent attention to detail
