We are hiring a
** Marketing Data Specialist **toadminister and execute internal program support for the Americas region primarily.
Responsibilities include developing and executing dashboards and reports on cross-category marketing programs, allowing for efficiencies in evaluating and marketing data.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Create and maintain cross-category Tableau Dashboards.
- Become a marketing tableau gatekeeper:
- Review and publish marketing tableau dashboards.
- Become a coach and consultant to Marketing on Tableau best practices.
- Host quarterly workshops with Tableau explorers/creators.
- Lead monthly share outs between explorers/creators.
- Create visibility to specific dashboards that would benefit stakeholders in other categories and/or regions.
- Global carbon accounting for Carbon Neutral product portfolio.
- Track the product carbon footprint and corresponding offset cost.
- Overall product offset management.
- Dealer Showroom Offer quarterly reporting.
- Reviewing dashboards to determine the success of the seasonal offer.
- Track dealer performance against targets.
- Data Steward for Marketing Data.
(Part of Data Governance COE)
- Provide input into financial metrics.
- Help quantify impact of GM100/Complexity management initiatives.
- Administrative Supports:
- Analysis, consolidation, and maintenance of Service Part clean-up effort.
- Support Culling Efforts
- writing MMCA's, spec guide mark-ups, etc.
- Special project work to support new initiatives.
**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, information technology finance, economics, or equivalent
- Advanced English is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, marketing, information technology
- Experience with Proficient Tableu is a MUST.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Python experience is preferred.
- SAP is preferred.
- Customer service orientation
- Teamwork/collaboration - ability to identify and prioritize work across a cross-functional team.
- Communication skills - make complex topics easy to understand.
- Planning and organizing - edit and/or develop work instructions for new work.
- Decision-making - balance analytic and intuitive thinking
- MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
