This role will be responsible for leading all Branding and Marketing initiatives (B2C & B2B). In addition, the role willTHE WORK- Refine and maintain branding standards across all media channels/formats.- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our company's market presence.- Creating awareness of our company's business activities and employer brand.- Supervising the department, providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.- Working with our founders to translate our vision into marketing efforts.- Designing and implementing our social media strategy.- Planning and executing campaigns for company events, branding and other needs.- Producing valuable content for the company's online presence and publications.- Collaborating closely with Design teams.- Conduct general market research to keep up with market trends.- Become the organization's main point of contact towards related external parties such as influencers, freelancers and potential clients.- Train and develop all marketing team members.NEEDED EXPERTISE- 10+ years of experience in B2B & B2C Digital Marketing.- 3+ years of experience leading a marketing team.- Mass market luxury lifestyle or technology branding experience.- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.- Agency experience is a plus but NOT required.- Excellent project management skills.- Proven success with online marketing campaigns, social media growth and brand awareness.- Solid knowledge in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, Wordpress, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.- Portuguese communication skills are a plus but NOT required.- A willingness to learn continuously and adapt to changing business needs, including collaborating with remote teams.- An agile/open-source mindset, with a passion for exploring new tools and technologies to enhance our recruitment processes.OUR BENEFITS & PERKS- By working with us you will advance the social causes of workplace diversity, inclusion, equality, and safety.
