Routinely uses computers, phones, photocopiers, stamp machine, scanner and file cabinets.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Strategic Planning and Execution- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive growth.- Social Media Management and Content Creation- Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.- Create, curate, and manage engaging social media content for platforms including Facebook and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and audience interaction.- Lead Management- Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.- Oversee lead nurturing processes and ensure effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates.- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and improve lead-to-sale conversion.- Referral Management and Growth- Develop and manage referral programs to encourage and incentivize customer referrals.- Track and analyze referral program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless referral process and enhance customer satisfaction.- Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess ROI and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on marketing performance and ROI.- Team Leadership- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to drive team success and innovation
