**Job Description**:Be the person spearheading the execution of special events such as premieres, screenings, red carpets, exhibitor activations, road shows, and Comi-Con type events working closely with the marketing team members.- Planning, supervision and execution of all events from scouting locations, selection of vendors, to approval of the final creative plans, and the execution of the event.- Ability to create **innovative events and memorable experiences** around our films, that generate results and are on everyone's top of mind.- Be aware of **event trends** to generate engagement with the media, influencers, and fans.- Follow up all details and negotiations with venues, facilities, vendors and HO.- Coordinate vendors and parties involved to get the best proposals, prices, and executions.- Present and get the proper approvals from the local marketing team and HO of all print materials, venue, etc.- Effectively communicate with senior management both internally, externally and vendors.- Manage complex projects with multiple partners on a fast-paced environment.- Budget Management of the event production (print, audio, lights, streaming, etc).- Planning and management of live event broadcast: including setup, feeds, and real time social media.- Wrap up of events, follow up final videos and presentations.
