Your focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Spain, ensuring event initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable pipeline growth.This position requires cross-team collaboration, strong project management, and performance analysis to optimize event outcomes. As a key member of the marketing team, your role will contribute to the full marketing funnel by creating impactful experiences that convert leads into opportunities. You will work closely with sales, growth operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.What You'll DoDevelop and implement a comprehensive Spanish marketing events strategy, including identifying and prioritizing events, managing budgets, allocating resources, negotiating contracts, and executing a diverse program of activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and conferences.Review and provide feedback on event marketing materials to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines, including booth graphics, messaging, and branding.Align event marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring effective sales follow-up to drive revenue growth.Analyze lead data from events to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and prepare reports on lead quality and conversion rates. Use these insights to optimize future event planning and execution.Supervise and support the events team (currently one direct report) to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of all events.What We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Events Manager, with a proven track record of planning and executing a wide range of B2B events, both online and in person.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with at least a B2 level proficiency, as all marketing communications will be conducted in English.Interest in and experience with the B2B SaaS industry.Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building positive relationships with both team members and external stakeholders.Perks of being part of our teamWe care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees:High growth, multicultural and friendly environment
