This roles drives category management of all spend in this area.In this role, you will:Drive Category Management and Procurement activities across Marketing (Media, Print, and Promotion (~$100M). Deliver KPIs for spend area. Thought leader inProcurement activities across Sourcing organization, with passion for developing best-in-class sourcing team.What we look for:Years and Type of Experience:- 3-5 years business experience in any of the following: Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Business Development.- 2 years of experience managing marketing/innovation projects, working with suppliers/vendors/external partners, developing contracts or negotiating agreements.Skills and Abilities:- Understanding of Marketing Procurement arena. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing contract terms.- Strong negotiation skills.- Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization, with ability to influence without explicit authority.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly and articulately.- Planning and organization skills—Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.Education Level/Degree:- B.A. or B.S.
