Marketing Intern

We are looking for someone willing to learn and add value to the organization.**Responsibilities- Search for images and key show information- Petitions of materials to panregional key shows- Monthly key arts- Monthly signatures- Approvals with Creative Director and panregional- Designs and adaptations for events, invitations, packaging, contests, etc.- Support to the Distribution team for timely completion and approval of materials.- Small barters reconciliation- Documentation assistance for vendor and client registration.- Payments required for tenders- Follow-up and coordination of paperwork- Necessary follow up help (with agencies, materials, etc.)- Premiums inventory and assets in warehouse and closet.- Preparation of presentations, proposals and results**Qualifications**- Design or advertising student- Attention to detail- Creative with design notion- Willingness to learn and grow- knowledgeable in the use of software such as photoshop, illustrator and indesign- No gender preference
