We are hiring a
**Marketing Launch and Communication Specialist** towork with the marketing launch team globally to help ensure new products we develop are launched successfully to achieve their sales goals in the global marketplace.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Collect, synthesize, analyze, and derive insights from data.
- Use existing software and programs to compile, review, generate and present Launch related reports, statistics, timelines, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
Make process improvements.
- Schedule various meetings related to launching new products globally with dealers & various internal Steelcase audiences.
- Manage projects and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
- Support and coordinate events and product inclusion for various new product launch activities, major dealer meetings, key individual launches (product related support, space reservations, catering requests, gifts, invites, etc.)
- Own representation/reporting/visibility of actual, historic, and expected availability of new products globally, updating appropriately in a dynamic environment.
- Provide support for new product Dealer Showroom Offers and What's New Marketing Campaigns - meeting invites, produce LIVE events, update online information.
- Research, prepare and maintain quarterly listing of new products from major competitors.
- Archive document snapshots (master launch planning document, launch windows, product availability reporting, etc.)
- You will be working with the following platforms: HubSpot, Smartsheet, Adobe Suite, OneNote, Microsoft Office Suite, Producing Microsoft Live Events advancing slides or showing videos & switching between multiple presenters & their content.
**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, Marketing, or related degree is required.
- Proficient in English is a must.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience using WordPress.
- Proven ability to learn new software.
- At least 2-year experience in a similar role.

- Ability to coordinate, track and follow up on multiple requests concurrently to meet deadlines.
