.**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:As a Management Associate, you will be acting as Chief of Staff to the Head of Brand Marketing, responsible for partnering with one of our senior-most department heads to scale the business through managing projects and collaborating with the marketing team and all its stakeholders.You will be excellent at project management, internal and external communications, assignment and accountability, as well as follow-through. Notably, you will be a key resource to everyone on the team, focusing on optimizing communication channels, processes, structures, teams, and other priorities toward the company's scalable growth. We view this role as an excellent way to gain broad experience and exposure to the work Boldr does, and how we do it. Furthermore, we see this role as a stepping stone into your preferred next role. It is our expectation that after serving in this role for a period of time (at least one year) you will be equipped to take a more senior role in the division of greatest interest to you based on the experiences you've had within the organization thus far. This process will also need to be discussed with your direct supervisor and is based on the availability of positions or current vacancies.WHAT WILL YOU DO- Provide administrative support to the Head of Brand Marketing, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, taking minutes and actions of meetings, sending follow-ups to actions, and managing communications with collaborators and stakeholders.- Attend all meetings alongside the Manager, and where appropriate, other Teams to understand commitments, team development, growth initiatives, and other action items.- Accurately manage the team's budget and expenses- Support in the execution of various projects assigned to you or the Management Associate squad.- Assist in the development, coordination, and management of all critical internal and external team meetings (including scheduling, Agenda Setting, Notes, and Action Items, and Follow-up).- Other tasks critical to the success of or improvement of the Team, as agreed upon by you, members of the Executive Team or the Management- Manage documents and collaterals, ensuring stakeholders obtain the most up-to-date marketing assets- Assist with event planning and execution, including webinars and conferences- Execute procurement and delivery of materials- Learn everything about the business, with special regard to the marketing function, to be able to learn your own strengths and understand where you will be able to add the most value to the organization
