**Position Description**:
The Marketing Manager has the primary responsibility for developing and implementing brand/marketing plans for the owned portfolio. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role managing selected brands to create a valued customer experience and brand reputation.
**Major Responsabilities**:
- Understand customer insights and develop a compelling value proposition for the brands;
- Lead a cross functional team in the development and implementation of marketing tactics that create a brand experience valued by customers within the compliance guidelines;
- Communicate effectively with the sales organization to understand needs and optimize implementation of marketing tactics;
- Build positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, key influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry;
- Deliver sales forecast to Supply Chain and ensure forecast accuracy of 80%;
- Lead Trilogy Meeting to keep the integration alignment between sales, technical and mkt;
- Opex planning and monitoring;
- Build robust brand plans to launch new products and ensure proper execution.
**Calificaciones mínimas (educación, experiência y/o entrenamiento, certificaciones requeridas)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, veterinarians, engineers or administrative professions
- Fluent English, Spanish
- Strong leadership skills to influence other people in different functions and levels.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with a consultative mindset
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions
- Communication skills: clarity on oral and written
- Deep understanding of respective specie/industry
- Project management skills to set priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Strong business acumen
- Travel 30% of the time
