Marketing Manager

At Cápita Work, we are looking for a **Marketing Manager** for a Medical Spa Company.
**Success in this position requires a combination of rigorous analytics and testing, consistent execution, creative content marketing, and strong strategic thought.
**
- Marketing plan execution for multiple physical location medical spa, as well as an online product line.
- Manage new client acquisition through organic and paid digital and promotional activities.
This will include neighborhood level events and comarketing facilitation.
- Facilitate coordination of marketing campaigns with sales objectives most importantly for membership signup and retention.
- Create collateral materials including website updates, as well as graphic design for and online and print publications (or the ability to find and manage a freelancer who can)
- Oversee the delivery of optimized media campaigns across all platforms, content and advertising, online and offline, and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Oversee brand management
- Work closely with owners,other leads and external agencies to ensure and implement consistent brand deliveries across all channels
- Measure performance of marketing activities using Google Analytics and offline reporting tools
