This role is perfect for a proactive and analytical marketer who thrives in developing innovative campaigns and aligning them with business objectives to deliver measurable results What You'll Do:? Develop and implement data-driven lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including digital ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.? Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and ensure a seamless lead-to-sales pipeline.? Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other marketing assets to maximize conversions.? Analyze performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates, and make data-informed adjustments.? Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads effectively.? Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.? Create and oversee marketing campaigns that directly drive sales volume, including retargeting and upselling strategies.? Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.What We're Looking For:? Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation and sales growth.? Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, etc.? Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.? Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.? A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and revenue targets.?
