You will be an essential part of a team that is focused on success, growth, development, and innovation.You'll be part of Universal Robots.**Duties & Responsibilities**Universal Robots is looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Regional President of LATAM and lead other members of the marketing team to support initiatives in new and existing markets. Key responsibilities include providing both strategic and tactical support for demand generation, executing both corporate marketing programs and regional programs in LATAM, as well as representing the region as part of the global marketing team. The focus is to position Universal Robots, its products and services to key stakeholders, the partner ecosystem and end users to support the region's ambitious growth. This position will be located at Universal Robots' regional headquarters in Queretaro.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Manage a team of up to 4 members: potentially including digital marketing, lead qualification and marketing support functions.- Oversee the localization and successful rollout of corporate marketing programs.- Plan, develop and direct multiple avenues of marketing strategies within the region to increase customer conversions and generate more sales actionable leads.- Monitor KPI's and other data-driven insights, adjusting ensure successful achievement of objectives.- Serve as the LATAM representative for Universal Robots' global marketing team, communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets.- Manage third-party relationships including digital marketing agencies, PR agencies, and other creative entities as appropriate.- Responsible for the consolidated marketing plan and regional budget- Collaborate with the digital marketing coordinator to drive online demand generation, ensuring that digital campaigns are executed within budget and meet KPI's.- Manage the complete process of major tradeshows, events, exhibitions, seminars, and other events including planning, running and/or coordinating with third-party vendors as well as post-event evaluation.- Work with the local sales teams to develop GTM marketing programs that will support the growth of the Universal Robots partner ecosystems (distributors and integrators)- Other responsibilities as assigned.**Your profile**We expect that you have:- Solid understanding of sales funnel process, lead nurturing, and converting marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales qualified leads (SQLs)
