United States and Europe. Our focus is on providing highly skilled IT talent from neighboring
countries to meet the needs of our clients in areas such as software development, QA, DevOps,
and more. We emphasize cultural alignment, matching time zones, and premium service quality,
allowing us to compete in the global market.
Position Summary: We seek a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing
efforts. This professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing both
digital and traditional marketing strategies designed to attract new clients, strengthen our brand
presence, and support growth and expansion objectives in key markets (primarily the United
States and Europe). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and
B2B business models, with an emphasis on nearshore services and team augmentation.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, experience in both digital and
traditional marketing, and a strong results-driven approach. Fluency in both Spanish and
English is essential, as our marketing campaigns and communications are conducted in both
languages.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement the company's marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
and growth goals.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and results-oriented use of
resources.
- Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising (Google Ads,
LinkedIn Ads, etc.), demand generation, email marketing, social media, and content strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities in the IT sector, with a particular focus on team
augmentation services and the nearshore model.
- Develop and implement a lead generation strategy focused on conversion.
2. Brand Positioning:
- Develop and manage brand identity and positioning, ensuring that our value proposition is
clear across all touchpoints.
- Create strategies to elevate brand perception in key markets (United States, Europe) and
ensure consistent communication globally.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, infographics) that highlight
our services and competitive differentiators.
3. Digital Marketing and Automation:
- Manage the company's digital marketing platforms (website, social media, marketing
automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Optimize digital content to improve visibility and client acquisition through SEO and SEM.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to
adjust and optimize strategies.
4. Public Relations and Communications:
- Manage the company's external communication, including media relations, press releases,
and industry event presence.
- Work on creating relevant content for the company blog, webinars, and case studies that
strengthen our authority in the market.
5. Collaboration and Leadership:
- Supervise and manage the marketing team, including designers, content specialists, and
external agencies.
- Report to the CEO, providing detailed analysis of ROI and KPIs of marketing strategies.
Requirements: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Postgraduate studies or specializations in digital marketing or business management will be
valued.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing in IT companies or IT services.
Experience in international marketing, particularly in the United States and Europe.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry, particularly in business models such as team
augmentation, outsourcing, or nearshore services consulting.
Technical Skills: - Experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social
media, email marketing).
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics,
etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
