**Your assignment**

As a Marketing Manager at Valiantys, you'd lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the company's brand presence and drive business growth. You'd oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, create compelling messaging, and launch impactful campaigns. Your role involves leveraging market insights to refine Valiantys' positioning, optimise digital and traditional marketing channels, and drive lead generation efforts. Additionally, you'd be instrumental in fostering partnerships, managing events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging, playing a pivotal role in reinforcing Valiantys' position as a leader in its industry.

**Things you'll be working on**
- Support marketing strategies and plans: Support the development of local marketing strategies that aligns with our global vision, making a tangible impact on our EMEA presence
- Team collaboration: Cross-pollinate leading programs across EMEA with other marketing peers in the demand generation and growth team model and marketing operations model across the globe
- Creativity and innovative approaches: Be at the forefront of creating a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Brand Positioning and define the global content strategy: Position Valiantys as the preferred Atlassian partner and a leader in our domain. Engage in developing localized content that will elevate our brand in the industry.
- Digital marketing and online presence: Collaborate with digital marketing peers on enhancing our digital footprint through digital campaign strategies
- Demand generation campaigns: Lead demand generation initiatives that support ambitious sales targets
- Drive and oversee meticulous event planning and execution, utilizing organizational expertise to ensure seamless and successful outcomes for all initiatives.
- Develop and establish industry-specific brand platforms by leveraging social media channels and podcasts to engage and connect with our target audience.
- Sales support: Provides support to local sales needs to convert MQLs to SQLs, pitches, identifying target segments, account-based marketing, and more
- Partnership and Alliances: Engage with global partners like Atlassian, unlocking unparalleled co-marketing opportunities alongside peers focused on Alliances and Analyst Relations Marketing
- Budget management: Efficiently manage development funds through Atlassian for local marketing needs
- Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of integrity by ensuring our marketing initiatives align with regional and global regulations and our brand standards

- Experience as a podcast host or have contributed significantly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and possesses a track record of success with over 8 years of experience in strategic marketing leadership, preferably within the professional services, technology, or software industry.
- Additionally, proficiency in utilizing key tools and platforms including Atlassian, Jira, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Cognism, Social Networks, MS Office
