**Summary**:**Job responsibilities**:- Manages day-to-day marketing campaigns and activities from concept to implementation to continuously deliver qualified leads and appointments- Build lead generation campaigns to support recruitment objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan- Responsible for managing the social and online interactions with customers through various social media platforms- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including the effect on lead volume, and retention- Manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors**What are we looking for?
