What you will do: You will play a crucial part in expanding both our Emma e-commerce and offline business, while steering Emma's revenue growth in the Colombian market, by designing and implementing business development and marketing strategies. You will work with local and global stakeholders, such as logistics, customer service, paid social, paid search teams, and so forth, to enhance both operational excellence and marketing efforts. You will manage digital marketing, such as website, advertisements, SEO, Google Analytics, content creation, CRM, influencer, affiliates, and other marketing activities. You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets, and players, thus helping us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency. You will conduct research, analyses, and reports through which you will identify growth potentials, optimizations, and risks. Who we are looking for: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related university program You have experience in marketing, business development, and e-commerce (preferably with at least 4 years of marketing experience and start-up exposure being a plus).
