Marketing ManagerPrimary Purpose:Accomplishes marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs. Identifies marketing opportunities by detecting consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; establishing targeted market share. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product shelving/displaying; coordinating new product launches (phase-in / phase-out process). Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Main Responsibilities:Plan and implement marketing strategy, designing brand value proposition, including advertising. Plan and implement dealer communications and promotions.Plan and manage marketing resources according to agreed budgets.Maintain and develop brand image and protect and develop the company's brands via actions and paid communications to consumers.Education:Required: Bachelor's in marketing and/or Business Administration or related discipline.Desired: Post-graduate or MBA.Experience:Required: A minimum of 6 years of proven experience with branding, product marketing, trade marketing. Experience within a global or multinational organization. Experience managing budget and expenses. Experience managing Advertising, Media agencies. Experience supporting marketing and promotional campaigns implementation within dealers.Desired: Experience of 3+ years in similar positions, ideally in the same industry scope.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Required:Analytical skills and strategic thinking.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization - Fluent in MS Office, SAP & MS Project package.Advanced English.Basic financial knowledge.#J-18808-Ljbffr
