.The Marketing Manager for Investment Products and Segments is an individual in charge of driving continuous improvements through data-driven decision-making which requires the ability to close the gap between data and actionable insights as well as the ability to communicate those insights to different levels of the organization and external strategic partners. This person should be detail-oriented and comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams (performance marketing managers, agencies, vendors) managing large-scale marketing campaigns (offline and online) based on business and market needs to achieve goals.This role is responsible for planning, designing, executing and measuring initiatives while quickly adapting to changes in priorities, which requires collaborative capabilities, project management, analytical skills and excellent communication/negotiation skills.**Tasks**:- Deep understanding of business and market needs (business KPIs, consumer trends, industry performance, digital and traditional marketing).- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to find optimal strategic recommendations for marketing strategies.- Supervising and managing end-to-end process optimizations.- Responsible for designing, planning, and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.- Analyzing, measuring, and reporting data-driven- insights in collaboration with data teams.- Collaborate with peers to design and implement multichannel and customer-centric journeys.- Report campaign performance and its contribution towards business growth.**Requirements**:- Experience in marketing analytics, marketing intelligence or behavioral economics; preferably in a relatedindustry (finance)- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams- Project management skills- Confidence to take up challenges that seem intimidating for everybody else- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results- Decision-making and organization skills- Analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data- Experience in managing projects from start to finish and maintaining them including risks control, actions, issues & dependencies, control process compliance- Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Communication or similar- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.- Leadership skills, attention to details and self-driven attitude- **Job Family Group**:Marketing- **Job Family**:Marketing Generalist- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran
