The Scopely Talent Operations team is seeking a creative and experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. As a leader in the recruiting organization,they will be responsible for increasing recognition and awareness of Scopely's employer brand; developing and executing recruitment advertising campaigns; and building talent communities (e,g, art, engineering, product marketing, etc.). Partnering with Corporate Communications, Games Teams and People organizations, the successful candidate will positively impact employer brand awareness, talent audience engagement and conversion rates by employing a range of techniques including: utilizing approved and interesting content, designing and executing talent attraction- focused campaigns across various platforms, and leveraging data analytics to ultimately increase the number of qualified prospects and applicants for our positions.
Responsibilities: Design executable recruitment marketing strategies focused on building talent communities for professional specialties (art, game development,game engineering, product marketing, etc) Collaborate with Talent leaders to identify and prioritize Talent needs and pipelining opportunities Monitor, manage, cultivate and grow talent communities using corporate communication and content guidelines with a focus on pre-identified talent pipelines Collaborate with Corporate Communications to leverage and develop interesting content to attract talent to Scopely With the support of internal communications teams, help support the communication of a strong and specific employment brand voice via social media Aid in the execution of live events, both online and offline, including coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring a flawless experience for attendees. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and community management best practices, constantly seeking ways to improve the community experience. Create and maintain recruiting event and campaign content roadmap calendar, clearly outlining promotional efforts, keeping Talent Leaders and cross functional communications teams organized and aware. Analyze and report metrics pertaining to talent community sentiment and social engagement, as well as KPIs online activities, to drive improvement, innovation, and optimize strategies. Conduct research on competitors, and audience preferences to inform content creation. Effectively and efficiently manage Talent attraction campaigns to product launch campaigns, in coordination and collaboration with our Communications team on Talent media channels Prepare reports and presentations on social media and influencer marketing activities. May be required to present reports and presentations to senior leaders and executive management team The ideal candidate will have: 2+ recruitment advertising or talent attraction experience 1-3 years of social media and talent brand management experience Intermediate understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed for recruitment marketing and talent attraction Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail Strong writing, editing, and communications skills The creativity to craft engaging content on budget and on deadline Ability to think strategically and to interpret audience trends and data Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to social media content. Interest in video games culture and gaming communities is a must.
