.**BAT IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING MATERIALS EXECUTIVE****FUNCTION**:Trade Marketing Operations**CITY & COUNTRY**:Monterrey, Mexico**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**The Marketing Materials Management Lead Executive role is responsible of generating strategic value with the creation and deployment of materials related to the execution of retail campaigns, acting as primary contact for cross-functional teams, driving adherence to RMP project timelines, and managing marketing materials item status and inventory in SAP. Additionally, key responsibilities will be to execute retail projects involving materials (POS, Merchandising, Sales Supplies, Mobile Coupon Stock, etc.) plus a small scope on custom made materials. The role is responsible for driving, executing, and bringing marketing plans to life through flawless planning and execution.The Lead Executive Manager will be accountable for marketing material projects as national rollout campaigns and national POS changeovers are developed. The Lead Executive will directly interact with multiple functions internally and externally and direct the MMM team on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. We are looking for a person who can effectively manage projects and people, who can innovate and who has a passion for successfully delivering projects on time. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong relationship management capabilities to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization, as well as engaging with outside vendors, suppliers, and creative agencies.What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?As a member of the Marketing Material Management Team, this team will be responsible for collaborating with the MMM team and several other cross-functional teams, to support successful deployment of point of sale and other related materials to the field.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Lead the processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.- Establish and maintain strong internal/external partnerships and promote strong teamwork.- Responsible for new material item set-up in SAP, monitoring inbound and outbound materials.- Identify opportunities to enhance current process, driving faster execution to better support Field Trade Marketing with materials that are deployed to the field.- Collaborate and interact with internal and external stakeholders to support projects.- Interact with supply chain logistics and drive continuous improvement.**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****ESSENTIAL****Experience Required**- 3+ years marketing experience required in a fast paced, consumer goods industry- Demonstrated track record of success**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**- Strong managerial skills & ability to lead a team to the meet the objectives
