We are looking for a Digital Media Analyst Junior to join our dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced fintech.
This role will be instrumental in managing paid digital channels, social media platforms, and coordinating with stakeholders to execute and optimize impactful media strategies.

**What you'll be doing at albo**:
**Digital and Social Media Management**
- Execute and manage paid digital media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, X, and emerging channels.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance across digital and social platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging through collaboration with the creative team.
- Support the analysis and monitoring of campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results and achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
**Stakeholder Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various product lines to understand business objectives and align media strategies accordingly.
- Assist in acting as a liaison between internal teams and external media suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of campaigns.
**Offline Media Coordination**
- Support the coordination and management of offline media efforts (e.g., radio, TV, print) in collaboration with external media vendors.
- Ensure seamless integration between offline and online media strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
**About you and what type of skills you'll need**:
**Must-Have Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital media management, including paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Expertise in creating and managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads, with a strong focus on achieving impactful results.
- Advanced analytical skills, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar, to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present campaign performance and recommendations.
- Communication skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience in coordinating offline media campaigns.
- Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries.
