As Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage and collaborate with cross-functional peers on the Brand and Audience Expansion team to plan, produce, coordinate, and track the results of brand and marketing campaigns on a mission to inspire and empower more entrepreneurs. You will also be responsible for creating the tools and processes that help our leadership make decisions and better understand how our team is tracking against our goals.

You would be an ideal candidate if you are hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You are highly organized and thrive on designing thoughtful processes and systems to help teams thrive. You are a self-starter that enjoys navigating ambiguity through experimentation and iteration and who knows how to solve problems that are not well defined.

You'll get to do things like:
