The Internal Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for making sure every aspect of the marketing strategy devised by the CMO, Chief Content Officer & Senior Leadership Team runs smoothly. The goal of this work is to deliver a constant stream of high quality, marketing qualified leads to the sales team.Responsibilities of the Internal Marketing Operations Manager (aka "Marketing Ops Manager") includes launching & executing strategies as well as maintaining, updating, and building upon them - and everything that happens in between. The Marketing Ops Manager works solely on internal marketing initiatives, with no time spent on client deliverables. The Marketing Ops Manager does make sure that every valued member of the team sticks to deadlines and equally they themselves will need to be able to execute many items on the marketing plan.This role is ideal for someone with a strong project management background, who has experience building & executing marketing strategies, and with a background working with B2B services and/or agencies.You will be working directly with the CMO (and reporting to them), the Chief Content Officer, Head of SEO, Design Lead and other members of the team.**What you'll do**- Oversee daily marketing operations of the company and work with our team of superstars. Lead, manage & hold accountable the marketing team.- Create project plans and sustainable workflows to support marketing goals and growth targets in all channels. You will **own these goals.**:- Ensure lead stakeholders provide all items required so there are no roadblocks.- Maintain brand integrity throughout all marketing channels & activities.- Weekly and monthly reporting to SLT and overall team.- Work hand-in-hand with the Chief Content Officer to maintain up to date content calendars & strategies.- Manage internal marketing team - currently consisting of one person.- Coordinate execution of strategies by working closely with client-side marketing team (who treats us as a client)- On time delivery is absolutely critical to the success of this role. Consistency is key.- Ensuring the delivery is up to standard. You may often step in complete some tasks in the interest of business success and learn how things are done yourself- Identify and benchmark performance standards to enhance brand reach and effectiveness. Communicate performance & reporting to team and leadership consistently.- **Key Focus**:Ability to take an idea, qualify it and then turn it into an actionable plan
