**Role Competencies**:- Attention to Detail- Logic Driven- Analytical- High Performance- Fast Response Times- Aggressive and Determined- Highly Organized- Decisive- Process Focused**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, implement, and oversee day-to-day operational systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing clarity on progress and challenges.- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketers, external partners, and clients to drive operational excellence and meet strategic goals.- Plan, monitor, and assess key operational metrics to guarantee timely task execution and operational efficiency (On Time and On Target).- Strategize and execute plans for company-wide program growth and identify avenues for process improvements, aiming at cost minimization and output optimization.- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and SOPs, as well as holding subordinates accountable to their work commitments.- Work alongside the founder and the team to create and maintain a work environment anchored in high performance and discipline.- Lead and manage a team of A Players, instilling accountability, driving performance, and guiding them towards success (We take our core values very seriously and place great weight on our culture).- Oversee financial logistics, including PnL statements, ensuring timely and complete client payments, and evaluating the profitability and ROI of both clients and employees.
**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3 years in operations, with a demonstrated history of designing and instituting operational systems from scratch and leading teams to meet performance metrics.- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities with a history of professional success.- Comprehensive understanding of various operational functions and principles, spanning finance, customer service, production, and employee management
