As a member of the Demand Generation team, the Marketing Operations Manager is focused on optimizing marketing processes and technologies, managing the lead flow, and analyzing marketing performance to drive conversions and revenue. Responsibilities: Below please find the key responsibilities of the role, other responsibilities or duties might be assigned as necessary. Marketing Systems & Tools: Administer and maintain Paystand's marketing systems and tools. Provide user support and user training as needed. Manage system renewals, upgrades, and/or system expansion. Assist in vendor evaluation and contract negotiations. Lead Funnel Management: Manage and audit the marketing lead funnel in Hubspot. Ensure proper lead routing and track lead follow-up. Optimize the processes for lead capture, processing, routing, and scoring. Conduct ongoing data analysis to track leads in the marketing funnel. Create and manage workflows and forms in Hubspot. Data and Campaign Performance Insights: Generate insights into campaign/channel performance through reports and dashboards. Drive database segmentation and identify high-revenue generating projects. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide meaningful and actionable insights to improve marketing performance
