About the jobJob Description We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the marketing engine across data structure and integrity, tools and integrations, and lead management (e.g., ingestion, normalization, cleansing, enrichment, dispositioning, prioritization, routing) aligned with the corresponding processes to operationalize.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to optimize existing MarTech, uplevel our analytics, shape our lead funnel and campaign strategy going forward, and implement new additions to our tool stack.
This role reports to the Direct of Growth Marketing and will work fully remote.
What You'll Do: Partner cross-functionally in the development, integration, and management of automation processes and tools to support and enhance marketing activities Administer all technology used in the MarTech stack, ensuring data hygiene, integrity, and availability in Hubspot for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver an optimal Prospect and Customer experience Configure and oversee integrations of current and future tools, including Webflow, Clearbit, Zapier, Klue, and Tag Manager Contribute to the development of world-class lifecycle analytics, enabling Marketing and Customer Success to understand the entire end-to-end customer journey, including acquisition, retention, and expansion Document processes and procedures for marketing workflows in Hubspot, acting as a primary "power user" of the system Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to optimize technical implementation of lead flow and customer management, to drive funnel performance and customer retention Manage email database including subscription metrics Manage lead flow for the Digital Team and map properly to the database What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
Experience at a fast-paced B2B technology company is preferred 3+ years of experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms including Hubspot and Salesforce, conversion tracking (Tag Manager, Google Analytics), and sales enablement tools (Outreach.io, Chilipiper) Experience with Webflow is a plus Strategic, detail-oriented thinker with the ability to examine processes and make recommendations to improve workflows Strong grasp of how to report on numbers and key KPIs to track Passion for deep understanding of the lead-to-revenue demand funnel Strong yet empathetic business partner, with experience collaborating with and advising Sales and RevOps leaders Why Join Us?
