What do you get to do in this position?
The role holder will be responsible for Power Product NAM HUB PIM master data.
including commercial reference lifecycle Information in PIM (Commercial status / dates and substitution...), country authorization & digital lock, secure consistency between PIM and ERP systems.
This position will be a part of Power Products Digital Experience Team and report to Data manager.
Essential Responsibilities CR Management • Create new CR in PIM and update lifecycle information at timely manner for a product line(s).
• Validate each country authorization and scoping request to use the CR locally • Handle longtail reinstate, obsolescence requests • Handle Customer Number creation /modification request from BFO • Provide support for interplant CR creation in Q2C .
Active WF management.
• Raise WF ticket for data creation and update requests, or promptly assign ticket to relevant teams • Closely monitor progress, providing timely status updates to product owners and other stakeholders, distributing and resolving issues/conflicts that arise from data projects or WF ticket Data quality assurance: • Assist master data lead in conducting data investigations and data cleaning in digital lock and PIM adoption program • Work directly with NAM HUB project teams on data coordination, website data cleansing, etc Administration duties: • Update and publish CN file (customer notification) per HUB product owners' request • Handle other reporting tasks Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
