This dynamic role focuses on executing local marketing initiatives and forging impactful partnerships while collaborating closely with our HQ marketing team to drive FlixBus' growth in the region. You'll take ownership of offline marketing, partnerships, and social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and achieve business goals in Mexico.Your Tasks – Paint the world greenYou identify and pursue new partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, events, and organizations in Mexico.Develop and implement partnerships and direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth in Mexico.You initiate discussions, propose partnership frameworks, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.Plan, implement, and evaluate direct marketing activities, including voucher distribution and brand engagement elements.Collaborate with local business teams and HQ marketing to execute tailored marketing campaigns aligned with Flix overall strategy.Support other marketing channels with localized strategies and initiatives to amplify impact.Coordinate social media efforts with global agencies, local teams, and HQ stakeholders to strengthen engagement in Mexico.Your work in close alignment with our Brand and Commercial teams.Challenge Flix's business-as-usual to ensure India´s go-to-market success, considering local adaptations.Contribute to annual marketing and revenue planning, sharing insights to define and achieve ambitious goals.Your Profile – Ready to hop on board5 to 7 years of work experience, preferably in partnerships, offline marketing, and social media management.Experience in a B2C digital first business with a focus on social, partnerships, and/or offline marketing.Experience having executed campaigns with local media, talent, and agencies. Local industry contacts are preferable.Experience in fast-paced industries or startups, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.Strong ability to develop and execute proactive strategic plans while delivering tactical implementation locally, in close collaboration with global marketing teams.Focus on achieving results with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a creative problem-solving approach.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and back up strategic decisions effectively.You are a self-starter and able to work proactively and independently as the wider team is based in multiple locations.Deep understanding of local nuances and popular culture in Mexico to tailor marketing efforts appropriately.Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Spanish.
