In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing marketing performance across various channels, reporting on funnel metrics, and delivering insights that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. If you are passionate about leveraging data to create business impact and have experience working with performance analytics tools, this is an excellent opportunity for you!What you'll be doing at albo:Data Analysis and ReportingDevelop and maintain top-of-funnel acquisition reports, focusing on performance metrics for digital media channels.Create middle-funnel/onboarding acquisition reports for debit and credit products, identifying key opportunities for improvement.Design and deliver reports on cross-selling performance between debit and credit products, offering insights into campaign effectiveness.Strategic Insights and RecommendationsMeasure the performance of CRM and digital media campaigns, evaluating their impact on business goals such as revenue and customer acquisition.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, gaps, and areas for optimization.Business Insights and OptimizationProvide actionable business insights derived from data analysis, with a focus on revenue growth and acquisition impact.Propose optimization strategies to improve campaign conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.About you and what type of skills you'll need:Must-Have SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics Statistics, Data Science or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing performance analysis, campaign tracking, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and Excel (advanced level).Expertise in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Firebase Analytics for data visualization and reporting.Proven ability to derive actionable business insights from data and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.Experience measuring and optimizing marketing funnel performance (Top of Funnel, Middle Funnel, Cross-Selling).Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with financial products (debit and credit) and cross-selling strategies.Knowledge of predictive analytics and marketing attribution models.Previous experience working with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms.Data-driven decision-making mindset with a strong orientation toward business growth and ROI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
