Your expertise will help build a local media buying team capable of operating at the lowest level of detail while maintaining cost per acquisition as low as possible.About the RoleYou will manage a team responsible for executing paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimal ROAS.Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels, including budget pacing, MQL, CW, cost per acquisition, and LTV proxies.Develop an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance, including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algo tests.Requirements and QualificationsA proven track record in performance marketing, with 4+ years of experience.Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display), and strategic planning.Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to make decisions and conduct experiments.Benefits and OpportunitiesComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
