**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The role is an integral role within the Forecasting & Reporting team and is responsible for supporting the Polaris COE and supporting IBPM cycle forecasting deployment.

**Geographic Scope**:Monterrey, Mexico
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Prepare material and deck for senior forums related to input alignment for the tool
- Support on different analysis related to the tool output, driving the adoption of the tool towards the forecasting team
- Close working relationship with the forecasters to gather inputs and generate analysis to support decision making forums.
- Support the planning team on different tasks related to volume reporting for all categories on portfolio.
- Support meeting material development & standardisation for the Sales & Operations Planning cycle.
- Ensure accuracy in reporting and material development through cross-referencing multiple sources and engaging with Forecasting, Performance, and other teams.
- Develop advanced understanding of company data and data environments, focusing primarily on key commercial metrics (sales volumes and market share) found in MicroStrategy.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 4+ years of experience in Financial or Commercial Analysis, Marketing, or related area.
- Hands-on experience in finance models and reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments and companies both within the Group and externally.
- Proven track record in domain, senior stakeholder management and project management in a large-scale organisation.
- Highly numerate to make decisions and judgements, to work in a changing environment generating innovative ideas and creative solutions.
- Writing, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills to a high standard and in proficient English (the working language).
- Highly skilled in Excel.
- Graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Economics / Maths.
