Therefore, being a team player is critical to the group's success. Your primary function will be to drive category value through your negotiations, technical and analytical skills to move our ice cream cabinets towards the highest level of innovation, design, and commercialization.FUNCTION SPECIFIC ACTIVITIESDevelop and implement agreed regional sourcing strategies in relation to the ice-cream category to support both commercial, technical, innovation and sustainability requirements.Create and maintain a 3–year value chain detailing both regional and country specific projects and associated value.Provide product, service and supply chain expertise to the Ice-cream category members in the region to build relationships and member development, drive collaboration, increase participation and improve System effectiveness and efficiency.Build and enhance key internal stakeholder relationships in the region to increase System trust and effective collaboration to drive sustainable value
