Your contributions will help our vision to build a bar-raising marketplace - improving key areas such as marketing, education and support.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to building up a new pillar to our selling partners with the scalability of self-service tools, allowing us to pitch Selling on Amazon and educate thousands of partners simultaneously.Key job responsibilities- Scope and implement marketing activities to recruit Selling Partners across multiple channels.- Create marketing assets in collaboration with external agencies.- Build marketing strategy and manage budget to improve efficiency.- Improve UX in website to increase conversion, manage and improve SEO.- Plan and implement educational programs to support Selling Partners.- Execute the plan with high-level of discipline and engagement with the seller recruitment teams LATAM.- Assess opportunities to further enhance Seller Experience and remove friction points.- Regularly communicate and drive reviews with senior leaders with the information needed to assess priorities, implementation opportunities and challenges. Keep stakeholders informed and up-to-date with progress, risks, opportunities, escalations, decisions, plans, and more.- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen (strong bias for action).- Proven analytical and quantitative skills.- Proficiency in paid search and ads campaign management and web traffic reporting.- Experience in writing documents and presenting to all levels of an organization including the senior leadership.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong project management and organizational skills
