The Arrow ECS North American marketing team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Project Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in coordinating, organizing, and leading marketing campaigns for our supplier-clients. You will work closely with internal teams and our external business partners.The Marketing Project Specialist role supports the Arrow ECS marketing strategy team and the Arrow ECS internal marketing agency. This role oversees all workflow for their assigned marketing campaigns and projects to ensure timely and effective execution.What You Will Be Doing:Provide complete ownership for your assigned marketing campaigns.Provide project leadership and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for brand and supplier marketers.Responsible for all financial aspects of your campaigns; use Oracle Procurement Cloud to ensure all customers are invoiced and Arrow receives payment for all services provided. Work with Arrow's finance team to ensure every admin aspect of each campaign is executed following approved processes.Assist brand and supplier marketers during the campaign planning and brief development process.Work with external marketing agencies to coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables.Drive each campaign activity from approval of plan to deploy and then monitor and report to ensure objectives and campaign strategies are being met.Translate customer requirements into clear and comprehensive marketing requests for our internal execution team.Act as an internal mediator and advisor that simplifies and communicates technical concepts to influence stakeholders to consider an alternative approach when needed.Oversee quality control of all projects through editing, proofing and the review process.Collaborate with marketing effectiveness team for timely creation of effectiveness reports and dashboards.Create campaign estimates and schedules to assist brand or supplier strategists
