Currently, we are looking for an exceptional Marketing Researcher to join our team, with expertise and understanding of business operations in Mexico.
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine research methods for specified directions and implement them according to client requirements.
- Initiate the process of respondent procurement according to company procedures to obtain balanced results in local markets and find sources of audience data.
- Participate in the development of tools used (surveys, tests, guides).
- Oversee the organization and conduct of field studies by employees from related departments.
- Conduct training/participate in the training of managers/interviewers before the start of research projects.
- Analyze and interpret research results, and develop business recommendations.
- Transform consumer observations into recommendations to identify business opportunities for business strategy.
- Identify the need for additional calculations and data analysis, and prepare conclusions and recommendations for specific tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge and understanding of research methodologies in the context of marketing/product/retention, etc., in products with long decision-making cycles and long funnels.
- Experience working in research departments for at least 1 year is a plus.
- Experience in conducting and analyzing survey and interview results, knowledge of various methods/platforms/tools for conducting marketing research.
- Understanding of marketing and product metrics (including LTV, ROI, CPA, CPM).
- Experience with traffic analytics.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation approaches (ABC, RFM, and others).
