**Business Unit Finance Analyst**:
The Business Unit Finance Analyst serves as a business partner for specific therapeutic areas, providing support to marketing teams generating the information and analysis required to support decision-making and monitoring of business performance.
Compliance focal point responsible for ensuring SOX Controls. The role includes evaluating and monitoring processes, procedures, and activities to identify and mitigate risks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to align financial goals and objectives with overall marketing strategies.
- Supervising and reporting on actual versus planned spending and providing insights on budget variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, global services, and sales, capture the input, and share insights.
- Support marketing teams with financial analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
- Develop financial models and analysis. Build tools for directors and managers to support decision-making.
- Supervise the implementation and adherence to internal control policies and procedures throughout the organization, addressing non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist with internal and external audit engagements, providing required documentation and evidence to auditors, responding to inquiries, and addressing audit recommendations

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and Industrial Engineering, among others.
- Five years of experience is required.
- Knowledge of Accounting and financial processes (financial and control, analysis, financial planning and forecasting, reports, and variance analysis, Budget Control) is required.
- Experience in commercial finance is considered a differential capability.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP and Anaplan is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Required languages: Sophisticated English level.
