**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Manage Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid campaigns to generate leads.- Develop and schedule social media posts to build engagement.- Create blog posts and other content to drive brand awareness.- Optimize web content for SEO and analyze campaign performance.- Build and propose innovative marketing strategies to drive sales- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide a report to the manager.- Handle inbound inquiries from potential buyers and sellers, providing information and converting leads into sales opportunities.- Make an outbound call to potential home buyers- Update CRM systems and ensure accurate lead tracking.- Schedule meetings for property viewings and consultations.
