You'll have the opportunity to fuel our lead generation efforts, master CRM management, and exercise your creative muscles through the power of AI technologies such as ChatGPT. This role will immerse you in various facets of marketing, from executing captivating newsletter campaigns to collaborating on impactful webinars. We can't wait to meet you.**What you'll be doing:- CRM management: Ensure proper data entry and lead assignment in our marketing-focused CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.- AI Tools: Leverage AI technologies, specifically ChatGPT, to facilitate content creation, translation, and adaptation across various marketing materials.- Newsletters and Webinars: Take part in crafting and disseminating our newsletter campaigns, and assist in coordinating and running webinars.- Collaborate with partners: Coordinate marketing initiatives with partners like resellers, top-tier telecommunication firms, and leading B2B software providers.- Teamwork: Collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to help maximize lead conversion and drive industry-specific campaigns.- 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role, with a focus on Lead Generation and CRM management. Experience in a B2B or SaaS tech company is a plus.- Fluent in Spanish and English.- Familiarity with marketing-focused CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, Intercom or Mailchimp.- Understanding of AI tools for content creation, particularly ChatGPT, is beneficial but not required.- Good organizational, planning, and analytical skills.- Good editorial skills, with experience in writing, editing, and proofreading.- Experience with partner management or channel marketing is a plus.- Ability to work as a team player, showing initiative to achieve objectives independently
