More details on the various programs at the end of the document.**Role Context**:Marketing Specialist will be responsible to chart out the marketing strategy for all programs in Mexico, and meticulously plan and execute the strategy, thus ensuring a good pipeline of partners and beneficiaries. S/he will own the marketing and communication initiative for Mexico, including budgeting, planning and execution.**Key Responsibilities**:- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.- Develop and implement marketing plans: Research, collaborate and present effective marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.- Project management: Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.Lead Generation: Research & identify new contacts; leverage existing contacts to create a pipeline for lead generation.- Budget management: Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors including PR agencies, to ensure effective execution and alignment with brand guidelines.- Performance tracking and reporting: Measure and analyze performance metrics of various marketing activities, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.- Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to leverage collaborative marketing opportunities.- Continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiency, and automation within the marketing planning function
