.Marketing SpecialistDepartment: MarketingStatus: Full-timeLocation: MonterreyReports to: Call Center Manager and VP of HRSupervises: InternsPosition Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for Assist, Diaz Group LLC entities, and other customer marketing efforts, providing direction, guidance and leadership in all marketing activities. Responsibilities will include overseeing all Assist and Diaz Group LLC marketing activities and strategies, under the guidance of the Call Center Manager and VP of HR. Will work directly with the Call Center Manager on other external businesses leads requiring marketing needs to build marketing business within Assist.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:Branding/Marketing Strategy- Identify new channels to reach customers and team members that fit our company culture and level of expertise.- Own the process of building, implementing and managing content and marketing strategies, programs and campaigns that are aligned with the company's objectives, conveying the right message, tone, etc., to maintain a competitive advantage in our market(s).- Able to build strong relationships with vendors, partners, members of the media to identify opportunities to build awards and better engage in our target audience.- Organizing, planning and producing events, which can range from trade shows, conferences, education presentations, internal/external meetings and all efforts which include messaging to our employees, clients, partnerships.- Collaborate with all internal departments and outside marketing partners to assure representation of Diaz Group LLC, new offerings, messaging, content are all communicated in a seamless way.- Social media marketing strategy and content marketingManagement of Marketing Partnerships- Collaborate with our partners to create strategy. Ensure their goals and objectives are being met by reviewing the success of campaigns, newsletters, lead generation, etc.- Leadership and communication skills in coordinating cross-functional teams to keep everyone informed of marketing plans and are the go-to people for any internal marketing related questions or requests.- Evaluate competitors, compile, and share industry trends.- Understanding and management of department expenditures and budgets.- Track, analyze, and report the impacts to senior leadership on the process of marketing activities and results of projects, campaigns, etc.Social Media Content and Management- Develop a social media plan that covers all areas of the company, including external topics such as wellness, federal holidays etc.- Work with social media management software to maximize optimal times for posting using Sprout Social.- Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.Design- Ability to work in Canva to build designs for marketing campaigns
