**Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Setup Phase - Foundation for Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution**:- Conduct detailed marketing audits and develop tailored marketing strategies.- Create messaging and positioning strategies to effectively communicate brand value.- Develop an ideal client profile and conduct competitor research to identify opportunities.- Perform keyword research for search engine optimization and audience research for social media targeting.- Create a 3-month content calendar and marketing roadmap.- Perform website and SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.- Create optimized landing pages (2-3 pages) tailored for lead generation.- Review and set up Google Search Console, ensuring sitemap submission to Google.- Set up Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor website traffic and data.- Optimize the homepage to enhance user experience and conversion rates.- **Ongoing Campaign Management and Optimization**:- Assist in the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns.- Continuously monitor and improve social media presence, website traffic, and overall marketing performance.- Analyze campaign data to track progress and recommend improvements.- **Collaboration and Communication**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.- Maintain effective communication to update on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.- Availability to host and organize high-end events in the showroom and attend events outside the showroomRequired Skills and Qualifications:- PR and Networking experience- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.G., HubSpot, Mailchimp).- Expertise in landing page optimization and lead generation strategies.- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.- Excellent communication and project management skills.- A strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience targeting.- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.- Must be willing to travel and work in Los Angeles, as required.
