Committed to the environment and the safety of our employees.Marketing SpecialistWe Offer:Benefits over the lawRemote roleOverviewThe Marketing Specialist serves as a key member of the global marketing and strategic customer teams, ensuring Refinish gains share and retains customers in this high-performing segment.The primary role of the Premium Segment Marketing Content Specialist, Global Refinish is to build, distribute, and train on the tools for the Premium segment that align with the selling playbook and/or key initiatives. The Premium Segment Marketing Content Specialist will develop and disseminate world-class presentations, collateral, tools, and programs to help Axalta and our customers win in the marketplace. In addition, the Specialist may assist with customer engagement programs to help customers extract the most benefit from their partnership with Axalta.The Specialist will possess a deep understanding of the strategic customer segment in automotive refinish, with profound knowledge of Axalta's product systems, technologies, and strategies. Additionally, the Specialist will understand the competitive landscape and expertly communicate Axalta's value proposition through a clear and disciplined approach to messaging.The Specialist will work within the Global Refinish Marketing Team and collaborate within the organization to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing initiatives in all regions of the world.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with manager and internal stakeholders to develop and manage collateral, sales tools, technical documentation, and other assets to enable share gain and retention.Drive and develop presentations to convey the strategic value proposition with a clear and consistent voice through all stages of the selling process.Craft the implementation plan and partner with the Marketing Communications Operations Sr. Manager, Global Refinish to implement internal and external programs to ensure segment communications to Customers, Partners, Employees, Investors, and the market at large are communicated as designed.Optimize use of the team's sales enablement system (Seismic) and ensure assets are posted and accessible. Develop training materials to help the team understand how to find, use, and deliver tools.Develop strong partnerships within the organization to lead and execute marketing programs.Ensure brand standards are consistently applied to all materials and communications.QUALIFICATIONSAt least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business in a related field.Experience in business-to-business marketing content creation is required.Project management experience of creative agencies is helpful.Strategic thinker with a team player attitude to execute and produce impactful results
